Hi, my name is SaMira Le'Noir, the owner of Shaggy and Scrub LLC. I am a young woman who decided to follow her passion and start my own dog business. When dog owners book with me for any of the services that I offer which include dog walking, sitting, grooming, and over-night boarding I want them to experience a seamless process.
