Terms and Conditions

By accepting our services, you agree to the following:

• Rescheduling for any service must be done within 48 hours of the originally scheduled time and date.
• All deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to future services if services have been approved by Shaggy and Scrub LLC.
• Any pictures taken of your pup can be used for marketing purposes at our discretion.
• Services can be denied by Shaggy and Scrub LLC at our discretion for reasons including but not limited to the following: unruly, aggressive, or otherwise unpleasant behavior, overly messy areas to clean, etc.
• Non-Refundable Deposit. THE PARTIES ACKNOWLEDGE THAT, AS OF THE ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT DATE, AND AT ALL TIMES THEREAFTER, THE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
• A $10 (PER HOUR)  late fee will be applied for all late Pet Sitting pick-ups
• A$10 ( PER HOUR) late fee will be applied for all late Over-Night Boarding pick-up
